ECG Catheter Interface Box - FI893A
FI893A

The Scisense FI893A ECG Catheter Interface Box is a simple device designed to connect a Scisense ECG catheter to any bioamplifier and/or stimulator.  The FI893A has eight pin receptacles which correspond to one of eight electrodes positioned on the catheter.  A cable from the bioamplifier and/or stimulator which terminates in 3mm pin connections is then used to define any single, pair, or multiple electrodes to record/transmit signals from.

ECG-Volume Switch Box - FW893B
FW893B

The Scisense FW893B ECG-Volume Switch Box facilitates the recording of cardiac electrogram signals from a Scisense Pressure-Volume catheter while inside the ventricle.  The FW893B interfaces between a Scisense Pressure-Volume catheter and either the Rodent PV Control unit FV896B, or VSL PV Control Unit FV898B.  When the ECG-Volume Switch Box controls are set to “Volume”, the signals derived from the catheter will be pressure and conductance volume.  However, when the controls are positioned to “ECG”, the signals recorded will be pressure and cardiac biopotentials.  This unique device comes in handy when cardiac electrograms may need to be recorded before, after, or intermittantly during pressure-volume studies to address cardiac function.

Ordering Information:

Both the Scisense ECG Catheter Interface box and ECG-Volume Switch box are included with the required cables for catheter connection and system integration. However, the ECG Catheter Interface box will require a cable that will connect to the bioamplifier/stimulator of your choice and terminate in 8mm pin receptacles. Please contact a member of the Scisense sales team to determine cable specifications.
